consultancy services.  Typical projects have included:

• Business planning – the development of a 3 or 5 year integrated income and expenditure, balance sheet and cashflow model built on key assumptions which can be changed to allow different scenarios to be compared.
  
• System reviews – review of existing and development of new financial systems and procedures both at head office and at branch locations.
  
• Assisting in the selection procedure and set up of computerised ccounting system, ensuring it meets the needs of the organisation.
  
• Carrying out agreed review procedures on financial reporting e.g. third party publishers, distributors etc.
