Independent Examination

Independent examinations for unincorporated charities with less than £250,000 gross income or expenditure, provides for a less onerous and expensive regime than the requirements of a full “true and fair” audit.  The independent examination provides the Trustees with “negative assurance” that nothing has come to the examiners attention that should be reported to them.

JS2 as experienced qualified accountants with specialist knowledge of the accounting requirements of the voluntary sector are ideally placed to provide not only the formal examination report but also provide professional guidance in the preparation and
presentation of your content.
