Timely, relevant and reliable financial information is crucial to running any business, charitable or not.  However for many organisations it is difficult to establish a finance team, often only one person, who is equally at home performing the basic data entry and bookkeeping as they are preparing and presenting higher level financial information and analysis.

Where an organisation has an effective bookkeeping function but lacks the higher level expertise of a qualified accountant we can assist with regular visits to prepare management accounts and to discuss these with the senior management team.
