In many charities the most senior finance person will be the finance officer with responsibility for the day to day book-keeping.  The responsibility for monitoring and reviewing the finance function together with analysing and presenting financial information to the Board falls to the Chief Executive.

It is often the case that Chief Executives do not feel they have the experience and particularly the time to carry out this control effectively.

As Chartered Accountants with many years experience of preparing and presenting financial information JS2 can bridge the gap.
