About Us
JS2 is a specialist firm of chartered accountants led by two directors providing a specialist accounting service to charities and the not for profit sector in London and the South East.
JS2 was established in 1997 by two senior managers from Arthur Andersen to provide quality director-led services to the not for profit sector. Our small size allows the directors to provide a significant amount of face time ensuring that clients receive a quality service at a sensible cost. We now have a team of 20 staff based in our Woking office. We are always happy to receive clients and potential clients in our offices in Woking or Central London.
We have chosen not to provide audit services to avoid conflicts of interest and to allow us to work closely with senior management and the Board as part of the team. This allows the auditors to carry out a truly independent review. We believe this enables us to provide a better service and also allows the Trustees to demonstrate best practice in governance.
